We are pleased to invite you to our Blended Intensive Programme – EXIT and/or the International Business
Week – Setúbal, Portugal, 2026, hosted by the School of Business Administration (ESCE) of the Polytechnic
Institute of Setúbal.
ESCE is part of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal. It offers Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes,
postgraduate programmes and Specialized Technological Courses in the field of Business and Management
Sciences. The school has around 3,040 students, 13,123 graduates and 41 courses.
The campus of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal is in a beautiful region surrounded by natural areas. Some
of the most interesting places to visit are the Sado Estuary Nature Reserve, where it is still possible to watch
dolphins, and the Arrábida Natural Park, which has unique characteristics and includes species that can only
be found in areas near the Mediterranean. There are also excellent beaches, especially Figueirinha, Galapos
and Portinho da Arrábida, a magnificent, sheltered bay. On the other side of the River Sado, you can visit the
Tróia Peninsula and enjoy nearly 18 km of beaches.
The Blended Intensive Programme – EXIT, together with the International Business Week, will take place
from 26 to 30 October 2026. During this week, students will have the opportunity to take part in several
bootcamps, workshops and special sessions and enjoy a range of social activities, such as dolphin watching,
and a visit to Casa da Baia (downtown Setúbal). Students will also participate in the final International
Workshop: SHAPING THE FUTURE FOR NEW ENTREPRENEURS (Sustainability and Circular
Business) at Casa da Baía, where they will present their final projects.
Before the in-person programme, students will join the online programme on 14, 15 and 16 October 2026.

The main objective of the International Business Week / Blended Intensive Programme is to work in a
multinational environment and develop entrepreneurial competencies.
The price for the week is €290 per student. This includes participation in the entrepreneurship programme, the
social programme, accommodation for four nights, breakfasts, four meals and one special dinner.
